In 2009, trends indicated a consistent lack of quality with respect to loan file documentation, fraud prevention and quality control measures. Chase recognized that change is difficult and the road to recovery would require a collective effort from our lenders. In response, we offered a Making Things Right Educational Series which explored all aspects of producing quality loans. Because of our lenders’ partnership and willingness to do the right thing, we have made great progress and are moving in the right direction.
